Company history

Founded in 1998, Key-Systems obtained the license to register international Domain names such as .COM, .NET and .ORG from the Internet Authority ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) shortly after the US Government terminated its monopoly on assigning Internet addresses in October 2000.
Since then, the company has grown on an enormous scale, in numbers of customers and marketshare. Today, Key-Systems manages over 2.5 million domain names and sells domains, webhosting and DNS services to customers all over the world.
